This project involves the refurbishment and extension of a distinctive modern dwelling overlooking Grouville Bay. Discrete new extensions will transform the house into an environmentally sustainable family home, with a spectacular new roof terrace.
The design proposals aim to be a well-mannered enhancement to the existing dwelling, to fit in with the modern context and being contemporary in appearance.
Materials and roof forms have been chosen to knit the design into the surroundings and unify the design.
This project is currently on site, and due to complete in 2023.
