Elizabeth Drive is a development of five family homes in St Clement. The existing 4 bedroom house and 2 bedroom dower cottage have been refurbished and extended and three new 3 bedroom homes built.
The homes have been designed to exceed the Island Plan sustainability objectives and achieve excellent energy efficiency through a combination of highly insulated building fabric and on-site renewable energy.
Planning Approval was granted in January 2023 and work completed in June 2024.
